Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GlobalGive platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Account Registration

Certain features of the Platform require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Update your information promptly to maintain its accuracy
• Be responsible for your account security and not share your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account use

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities while using the Platform:

• Post false, fraudulent, or misleading fundraising campaigns
• Infringe on others' intellectual property or legal rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

Fundraising Campaign Rules

Users who start fundraising campaigns must comply with the following rules:

• Campaign information must be true, accurate, and complete
• Funds raised must be used for the stated purpose
• Regularly update campaign progress and fund usage
• Accept oversight from the Platform and donors
• No fundraising may begin before campaign approval
• Funds raised may not be used for personal purposes

Donation Rules

Donors should note:

• Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable once completed
• Read campaign information carefully before donating
• May request proof of fund usage from campaign organizers
• Anonymous donations will not display your name
• The Platform is not liable for campaign failures

Fees

Currently, the GlobalGive Platform does not charge any service fees to users. However, the Platform reserves the right to charge reasonable fees in the future, and users will be notified of any changes in advance. Third-party payment processors may charge transaction fees, which are borne by the user.

Withdrawal Rules

Campaign organizers withdrawing funds must comply with:

• Withdrawals may only be requested after campaign completion
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review
• Provide valid payment methods (bank card, PayPal, USDT)
• Withdrawal amount may not exceed the actual funds raised
• The Platform reserves the right to reject suspicious withdrawal requests

Intellectual Property

The Platform's content, trademarks, logos, and interface design are the intellectual property of GlobalGive. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. For campaign content you post, you retain rights but grant the Platform a license to display and promote it.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for:

• Campaign success or effectiveness of fund usage
• Disputes between users
• Service interruptions due to force majeure
• Content of third-party links
• Users' violation of these terms

Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Platform services at any time. For material changes, we will notify users in advance. For users violating these terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate their accounts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration.
